As a vintage Konya Long Carpet Runner this carpet was made in the south of Turkey of genuine wool and manually more than 70 years ago. Like almost every Turkish Anatolian knotted carpet, this rug was manufactured with a technique that uses a symmetrical double knot and provides it an even surface. Despite its age this carpet is well-preserved and was carefully restored by The Orient Bazaar.
