Returns & Replacement
"100% Customer Satisfaction" is our Motto. We provide 100% money-back guarantee within 15 days of receipt of the product(s) without asking any excuse. For returns in the USA, you are only requested to send the returned item to our US warehouse at your own cost. For returns of the customers outside of US, you return the item bearing return shipment cost. TheOrientBazaar reserves rights to charge you local import taxes. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of free shipment to your country.
Customers may also opt for a credit note valid for 1 year , instead of monetary refunds.
You can contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org and acquire “return authorization number”. This e-mail is important as it gives both parts (Customer and The Orient Bazaar) a written dated record of customer’s intention, and allows us to send you a return authorization number and our return address so that we can process your return. Returned items without Return Authorization Number will not be accepted in our warehouse.
Following your e-mail, we ask that you return the product to us within 7 days. The product(s) will be delivered to us at your expense, in unused and undamaged condition, fully and securely packaged. For your peace of mind, we recommend returning products using an insured, signed for carriage service. Otherwise we are not responsible if the product is lost or damaged by the shipping company.
Returned products are reviewed by our product traders and when we get confirmation of proper return, we start refund process.
Please be aware that refunds will only be made for the orders where these conditions are followed. If a product is returned which does not qualify for a refund, it will remain your property. We will hold it for one month, at no charge, for you to collect in person or by courier.
Refunds are usually paid within 15 days of the return, depending on your card issuer or bank. Please note that you (customers) are responsible for the cost of return shipment. We will issue you with a full refund on the purchase price, minus our delivery cost.

We will evaluate the returning item' value as follows: the purchase price minus our delivery costs plus 20% import, 8% value added tax (tax of Turkish Republic), 3 % insurance, 3.5% Credit Card or %4 PayPal fees and loss arising fromPayPal conversion rate, handling charges and any additional charges relating to the recovery of the goods. US based returns are exempt from Turkish Import Tax and VAT.
After deducting all above fees from the purchased price, the balance is deducted from the replacing item's price. If this calculation's result is positive, rug is shipped after receiving the funds of balance from customer. If the calculation's result is negative, the balance will be paid by us to the customer.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and products which are stated as nonreturnable/nonrefundable will remain outside of this process.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
